PC Viljoen
Owner and Founder
Born in Kroonstad, PC moved to Cape Town at the age of 10, bringing with him a strong entrepreneurial spirit that would shape his future.
In 2013, while still in high school, PC founded Urban Supply a venture that quickly became more than just a hobby. Balancing studies and business, he pursued a degree in Agriculture at Stellenbosch University, where he ran Urban Supply as a side hustle.
After graduating, PC shifted his full attention to Urban Supply, dedicated to building the brand into a trusted destination for quality and style. When he’s not busy growing Urban Supply, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or at a braai, enjoying memorable times with friends.
Rodney Botes
head of accounts
Born in Kimberley Rodney Matriculated in 1997. At the age of 14 Rodney entered the hospitality industry. After school Rodney started, part time getting his accounting degree and started working in the accounting industry from 1998.
In 2017 Rodney got his Accounting diploma in Financial accounting management and started working part time for Urbansupply from 2017, which led to a permanent position as Urbansupply grew bigger.
Werner Holscher
Head of Sales - SADC
Werner was born in Durban; he spent his formative years in Benoni and in 1996 left for Stellenbosch to study.
Although he absolutely enjoys the beauty of the bush veld, the Winelands is where he has always felt at home. Sales and Service has always been in his blood and already at the age of 14 he started delivering newspapers.
In 2025 he has 25 years of sales and management experience of which 17 has been in the pharmaceutical industry and the remaining 8 with Urban Supply. He loves spending quality time with his three girls in his life and enjoy the Three Big R’s… Rugby, Red Wine and Real Meat.
Tracy Venter
Finance and Client relations
Born in Durban and raised in Kimberley, Tracy developed a strong work ethic and an eye for detail from an early age. Her passion for numbers and people naturally led her into the field of finance and client relations, where she has built a reputation for precision, professionalism, and care.
Before joining Urban Supply, Tracy served as Area Financial Manager at Stewart and Lloyds, overseeing operations across the Northern Cape and Free State. Her extensive experience in financial management and customer service ensures that both the company’s accounts and client relationships are handled with accuracy and dedication.
When she is not managing budgets or assisting clients, Tracy enjoys spending time in her garden, sewing, and camping with her family. A proud mother of three and grandmother to four, she balances her professional responsibilities with warmth, humour, and a genuine love for life.
Lazelle Jonas
Sales Co - Ordinator
Lazelle is a retail professional with over 20 years of experience in the clothing, specialised equipment, and jewellery industries.
At Urban Supply, she draws on this extensive background to assist our sales representatives with stock, manage display material, orders, and provide valuable administrative support to management.
Ros Heard
Sales Representative - Johannesburg and Mpumalanga
Ros was Born in Port Elizabeth and lived in Durban and finally made her way to Johannesburg. Ros trained as an Aestititian which took her to Paris to study and work and then she took on the role of Product Manager for 5 French cosmetic brands.
She then worked as a PR consultant as well as a Graphic Designer. Ros is definitely the most well travelled person at Urbansupply. She visited Israel, Europe, UK, USA, Hungary and Canada to name a few.
Adding to the travel Ros has a hunger for adrenaline.She has done things most people wouldn't dare doing like jumping out of airplanes, scuba diving in the Maldives and skied down a black slope in Switzerland.
She has a son of 23 which is busy studying Fashion design in Florence. We can only hope to one day wear some of his famous designs!
Imelda Clifford
Sales Representative - Western Cape
Imelda grew up in the Northern part of South Africa (Upington) and moved to Cape Town after matriculating to pursue her studies.
Her sales career began in the United States, where she gained valuable international experience before returning to South Africa. Back home, she worked for several corporate companies as a new business developer, honing on her expertise in client relations and key account management.
She is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering tailored solutions that help clients thrive. Imelda brings energy, insight, and a people first approach to every interaction.
Outside of work, she has a love for travelling, experiencing new cultures, and spending quality time with her family including her energetic twins who keep her on her toes.
Sumarié Mac Gregor
Sales Representative - Gauteng North, Limpopo and Mpumalanga
Sumarié was born and raised in Warmbaths, where she completed her schooling before moving to Pretoria in 2009. With more than sixteen years of experience as a sales representative, she has built her career on strong relationships, consistency, and a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.
Her passion for helping people is evident in every interaction, whether she is supporting clients, guiding colleagues, or contributing to team success. Those who know her describe her as loving, caring, and dedicated, with a warm presence that brings positivity to everything she does.

Shannon Grobler
Head of design
Born in Zimbabwe and raised across South Africa, Shannon developed a deep appreciation for people, stories, and the creative connections that bring ideas to life. This curiosity and love for storytelling naturally led her into the world of design and brand expression. As Head of Design at Urban Supply, Shannon oversees all aspects of creative direction, from product and packaging design to marketing visuals and brand identity. Her focus is to ensure that every piece reflects the authenticity and spirit of our brand.
She holds a BA in Jewellery Design and Visual Arts from Stellenbosch University and a Graphic Design Certificate from the Academy of Digital Arts. She is currently completing a course in UX Design to further refine her skills in user-focused creativity.
When she is not sketching new concepts or refining campaigns, Shannon enjoys exploring new creative spaces and finding inspiration outdoors. For her, good design tells a story, and every Urban Supply piece is part of that ongoing narrative.
Liezel Bester
Production Manager
Liezel is our Production Manager who ensures that every order at Urban Supply, from embroidery to printing, runs smoothly from start to finish. She loves seeing creative ideas come to life, whether it is a custom sunhat design or a detailed embroidery that will make someone’s day.
A proud mom of three beautiful children, Liezel balances a busy family life with her passion for production and creativity. When she is not managing schedules or checking on the latest hat batches, she enjoys picnics with her family, long walks, and working on vinyl branding projects in her spare time.
For Liezel, Urban Supply is all about teamwork, care, and craftsmanship, creating pieces that people love to wear and that the team is proud to make.
Liberty
Digitising and Embroidery
Meet Liberty, our seasoned digitiser and embroiderer with nearly a decade of experience in machine operation and design digitising.
Passionate about his craft, Liberty takes immense pride in translating ideas into intricately embroidered masterpieces. His commitment to quality and precision is evident in every stitch, making him a valuable asset to our team and ensuring that each project is a work of art crafted with care and dedication.
Damian
Warehouse Manager
Damian is a results driven warehouse manager with 13 years experience in warehousing. He is Skilled at optimising inventory flow, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics and streamlining receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
He is hands on with forklift safety and passionate about creating a clean, efficient and high-morale warehouse environment. in his spare time he loves to hike, going cycling and walking outdoors with his friends and family.
Movet
Warehouse assistant manager
Movet is our assistant warehouse manager. When it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get busy, Movet has the energy and speed to ensure that everything remains on schedule at the end of the day.
He is not afraid to take up the reigns when our warehouse manager is not available, and his go-getter attitude in the warehouse is contagious.
Enid
Embroidery and production assistant
Enid is our embroidery machine operator. With a keen eye for colour co-ordination and a strong focus on attention to detail, no machine runs without her knowing about it. She also serves as the communication tunnel between the design and packaging departments.
Her heart of gold adds care and confidence to every order that passes through the embroidery and production room.
Petro
Warehouse assistant
Petro, our warehouse assistant, has a keen eye for organisation and a commitment to efficiency. Petro plays a vital role in the seamless operation of our warehouse. Whether it's managing inventory, assisting with order fulfilment, or ensuring that everything is in its designated place, Petro's dedication contributes significantly to the smooth functioning of our logistics.
